Return Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS
ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS, INCLUDING ORDERS USING A DISCOUNT CODE ON A SALE DAY, ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
We do not offer money back returns. Once we receive your returned package a member from our return department team will inspect and issue you an online credit. Any customers that do not obey by terms and conditions will have a 20% penalty/restock fee applied to their refund.
Orders that are shipped free: Shipping fees will be deducted from online credit upon return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The Boutique does not provide return shipping labels. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
We fulfill orders as they come in and cannot be canceled after 2 hours of when they are placed. Once an order is placed we cannot alter or add onto the order.
The Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that states delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes. Please keep in mind we ship to where you, the customer inputs at checkout.
We don’t ship to PO BOX, APO, or Postal Boxes. Orders will only ship to a home or buisness address.
All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping. We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package if there are any manufacture defects or an item is broken.
Zippers are tested before fulfilling an order to reassure they are working properly. We cannot take fault if a zipper is forced broken while trying on. We're also not liable for stress tears on the seam of an item if being forced on or fitting too snug.
Customer pays for shipping both ways if an item has to be returned. If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable we will contact you as soon as it arrives back. At that time you will be invoiced for shipping to reattempt delivery. If it has exceeded the total days we allow for a return we cannot issue credit or in any case cancel the order. We as merchants are not liable for an undelivered package due to incorrect shipping address of being left unclaimed at the post office.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS:
If you have an excessive amount of returns a 20% restocking fee will apply to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.
Returns

Online orders will not be honored in store for exchange or in-store credit. Online returns will be issued an online credit.
Please allow 5 Business days for our return department to process your return once it arrives back to us.
Your item must arrive back to us within 14 days from the day you receive your order. This policy begins on the initial delivery attempt.
Original tags, including The Boutique tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.
Inside your package please enclose your information along with your order number & email used at checkout. You can also enclose the original package slip. If we do not receive this information inside your package, we will not be able to locate the order to issue a credit.

REQUEST A RETURN:
Before starting a return below, please make sure your return still falls within the allowable days to ensure it does not get rejected. Any returned package that arrives back after the 14th day would be sent back regardless of approval.
The return package must arrive to us on or before the 14th day from when you received your order/initial delivery attempt.
If we approve your return, please make sure you will be able to ship your package back immediately so that it arrives before the 14th day time period.
EXCHANGE
Please take a look at our size chart when placing an order. All of our items are limited and more than likely the item you ordered will not be available in a different size by the time you receive it.
If an item is still available in the size you are wanting to exchange for, we recommend purchasing the item so that it does not sell out. We do not pull sizes/items off online for returns. Once we receive your return, we will issue an online credit for a future purchase.
Other exchange option would be: Sending back your return, once we receive and inspect the item we will issue an online credit which can be used towards the purchase. The second option does run the risk of the item or size selling out.

USA SHIPPING:

Guaranteed: (from when the order is shipped)
Express Shipping: 1 – 2 business days
*at times, Saturday is not included as a business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Estimated Times: (from when the order is shipped)
Standard Shipping: 9 – 21 business days.
Express Shipping: under 5 business days.
Signature Requirement: Orders over $100 and Express shipping orders require signature for insurance purposes and unfortunately cannot be waived.
*Please note these are estimates and shipping times may vary. Express Shipping is guaranteed -money back arrival within the days by USPS.

RESTOCKS & INVENTORY
RESTOCK
We do not restock all items. An item is restocked is when the manufacturer makes a certain style again. Unfortunately we have no say on what items get restocked by the manufacturer/s. If an item is restocked once received, we will post it on our instagram along with our new arrivals daily.Be sure to also subscribe to restock notifications so that you're notified immediately once we restock. Restock notification link could be found on the product page. If an item is not showing online to subscribe to restock notifications it would usually mean the item is not restocking.
INVENTORY
For local customers: Online inventory and in store inventory aren't always in sync. What may be available online may not be in store, and vice versa. For in store inventory inquires we ask that you contact the store directly for the most accurate up to date inventory.
